| Belmont Park Association Belmont Park Association is a town home community located in southwest Houston near US 59 and. S. Gessner.The community is comprised of 178 townhomes, and has amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and greenbelts. The maintenance fees for the year 2010 are $240.00 per month. The maintenance fees are due on the first of the month, and are considered late after the 30th of the month. For more information on maintenance fees and the Association's collection policy, please refer to the Association's governing documents and recorded policies found on this site. The maintenance fees pay for common area maintenance, landscaping, pool service, common area utilities, water for common areas and for each town home, and exterior maintenance for all buildings. The community is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are also homeowners in the community. The Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at the clubhouse. The meetings start at 7:30 pm. All homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting, but to address any issues with the Board, please contact DTA at least one week prior to the meeting to be placed on the agenda. Meeting time is strictly regulated so that the necessary business may be conducted at each meeting. Next Meeting: Tuesday. July 13, 2010.
