Storm Damage and Updates

None of our associations maintain blanket insurance policies on any homes or townhomes. If you sustained damage during Hurricane Ike, please contact your insurance company to file a claim.
If you live in a townhome, all of the roofs are being checked for damage at this time. If you had a roof leak, please notify our office by submitting a work order through our web site or by calling (713)533-0001.
Deed restriction enforcement continues in all of our communities; however. all of the Boards of Directors for our client communities are allowing time for storm related repairs to be completed. In an effort to allow homeowners the time to make insurance claims and make needed repairs, letters will not be sent for unrepaired storm related damage until November for all communities except Parkway West. Letters will commence in January for Parkway West. Please note that this does not extend any deadlines for compliance for NON STORM RELATED infractions such as yard maintenance, inoperable or commercial vehicles, etc.
