DTA welcomes its newest staff member Bigi Britten.  Bigi comes to us with many years
of management experience.  In her last position of six years, Bigi served as an
association manager for a portfolio of properties in Montgomery County.  We are very
pleased to have her join our management team.

DTA is pleased to announce that Charles (Chuck) Tipton has joined our corporate
office staff as an association manager.  Chuck has served on property with DTA since
2009 and will now expand his portfolio to include our newest community Pine Village
North.

DTA welcomes Pine Village North!  Located in North Houston, PVN is a town home
community with 504 town homes. We are in the process of transferring management of
the community to our office.  The transition will be completed on February 1st.  For
assistance with PVN, please either contact Chuck or our site manager Kay.
