country.  Our economy and lending issues have left many homes vacant and unkempt.   
Harris County provides services through their "Nuisance Abatement Act, Harris County
Public Health & Environmental Services" to help keep the condition of these homes
sanitary.  In addition to the work the associations are doing through their own powers,
utilizing the services provided by the county can result in a faster resolution to dangerous
