Making a payment online
There are two ways to pay online: credit/debit card or bank draft. Using these online payment services, you may make a payment for anything such as maintenance fees, pool keys, gate cards, or any other service that requires a fee. Once you make your payment and you receive confirmation from PayPal, DTA will automatically be notified via email of your payment and it is immediately posted to your account if received during our regular business hours. Your transaction is secured, insured, and you will be provided with an e-receipt of your payment.
Please note that all payments must be received no later than 4:30 pm to be posted to your account that day. Payments received after 4:30 pm will be posted on the next business day.

Using PayPal
Using Paypal is simple. Follow the instructions on Paypal to create your user name and password and submit the payment information. For maintenance fee payments, be sure to include your name, the Association name, and your account number or street address in the community. This is necessary for proper posting of the funds.
For resale certificates, include your name, telephone number, the property address that the certificate needs to be prepared for, and the mailing address in which the information should be sent once prepared.
For all others, please specify the property address and where the item should be mailed.
All payments that are not properly identified will be returned.
