| DTA Community Management Services is a full service property owners association management company. Serving communities throughout the Greater Houston area, DTA has client communities in Harris, Ft. Bend, Montgomery, Grimes and Waller counties. Our communities include master planned communities, equestrian focused communities, golf and lake front communities, condominium complexes, town homes developments, and single family subdivisions. Communities under DTA's care range in size from 30 homes to 1200 homes on estate sized lots. In business since 1999, DTA has established a reputation for providing excellent service to its client communities. As a reflection of our exemplary services, we have been recognized by the Houston Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. It is only by maintaining high levels of service quality and quickly attending to any homeowner needs that we are able to maintain that rating. We take customer service very seriously. Committed to providing excellent service for our communities, DTA only hires the best. Our managers have an average of 11 years of community management experience, and our support staff, 5 years. Principle, Stephanie D. Dunklee, has provided community management services in the Houston area for over 20 years. Appreciating diverse knowledge and experience, our employees often have professional skills that compliment their management experience. Backgrounds in architecture, custom home building, equestrian care and management, marketing, and international management are only some of the areas of expertise our staff members have. New services to watch for in the first quarter of 2011 include a complete version of our website offered in Spanish and the launch of a fully customized program designed to enhance HOA data management. This program has been under development and in BETA testing for the last year. We're very excited to introduce it to our communities. Although this program will be released to HOA's nationwide, as a founding partner in the corporation that developed the program, DTA's clients will receive special pricing consideration.
